Please note: Special rates and conditions apply during Rugby World Cup 2011 (Sep 01-Oct 3). A deposit of 50% at time of booking and a 100% fee for cancellations within 7 days applies for bookings during that time.
All rates include a delicious breakfast. Dinner (3-course menu) is a available at NZ$ 45 per person.
Long-term rates negotiable. Pets allowed (subject to our housecat!). Fernglen B&B is smoke-free inside and child friendly over 12 years of age.
Check-out is 11am, check-in from 3pm. For arrivals and departures outside these times please advise at time of reservation. For early morning arrivals we suggest you pre-book your room the previous night to check-in immediately when you arrive. Reservations are essential and must be guaranteed with credit card details.

As licensed transport service we can also pick you up from the airport, rates for one way are available at NZ$70 for a max of 4 passengers. Just mention your flight details at time of booking.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel the reservation, please advise us immediately and we will try to re-book your room. However, in the event that this is not possible the following charges apply:
cancellation within 30 days of arrival - 30% of the room rate will be charged
cancellation within 7 days of arrival - 50% of the room rate will be charged
cancellation within 24 hours of arrival - 100% of the room rate will be charged
