Fernglen B&B offers you two well appointed guest rooms, 'Rangi' and 'Tane' (named after the Maori Gods of the Sky and Forest) with modern guest shared European style bathroom. We are surrounded by native bush and enjoy a marvelous sea view to Soldier's Bay. We share a passion for our environment and take pride in sustainable living as much as possible.

After a good night's sleep in one of the lovely quiet rooms, enjoy your scrumptious continental, fully cooked, or special German breakfast either in the charming dining area or on the deck with magnificent 180° sea and bush views.

Once up and running there are a number of activities and attractions waiting for you. A stroll through nearby 'Fernglen Gardens' or a ride downtown to explore the many sights of Auckland.

We are happy to arrange a variety of activities and attractions or leisurely pastimes on and around the North Shore.

On your return relax in the upstairs library having a good read or unwind and stretch in the in-house sauna. Enjoy the stunning sunsets over Waitemata's Soldiers Bay and look forward to another good night's sleep.
